The Leeds Community Healthcare website provides lots of information to patients over a huge part of West Yorkshire across adult and children's services.
The website gives people links to health information as well as how to give feedback across patient feedback and experience, as well as guidance on attending appointments, especially over the pandemic.
As well as contact details, the website features social media links and Google Translate. We've continues to work with the Leeds Community Healthcare team to undertake ongoing support and maintenance work when it comes to accessibility, and their success ratings have improved significantly in that time.
Since our inception in 2008 we've worked with dozens of different NHS organisations, from local and regional NHS websites to national sites covering the UK. It makes us incredibly proud to be able to work with the NHS and develop accessible, useful websites that ultimately provide information to people from every single walk of life!
