Our office will be closed from 12noon on Friday 22nd December 2023 and re-open as normal on Tuesday 2nd January 2024
During this time, we will continue to monitor our core network 24/7 with on call engineers ready to react to any critical issues.
In the unlikely event you do discover a problem, please ring our main line, 01904 500500, and follow the prompts to report a network fault with a member of the team.
2023 Wrapped
- The websites we have built for our lovely customers have collectively received over half a billion visitors (571,511,132 to be exact).
- We responded to 18,168 requests for assistant and support. Mainly by email, but don't forget we love to chat too
- Our voice network has successfully routed 163,512 calls. Yes we look after phone and connectivity solutions for our customers as well.
- We are proud to do our bit for the environment. We run a completely paperless office and both our own office and our data centre provider uses 100% renewable energy. We even generated our own electric this year from our recently installed solar panels on the roof of our York Office. Over 11 MWh's in total
